A short course on creating visual art pieces using different mediums
6 April - 4 May, 2021
8 x 90 min Sessions
For 7 -11 yo
Why Visual Art ?
Art is important because it is a part of all of us. If you look around you, you can see art in everything.
Art helps us see beauty in the world around us. Can you imagine a world without art?
Before languages were created, art was the unifying form of communication and expression among people. Even today, art helps us express emotions and ideas that, sometimes, words are unable to.
Along with making creativity flourish, through art children can develop motor skills, cognitive skills, language skills and social-emotional skills.
At the end of the course children will exhibit all their studio pieces
