EVENT STRUCTURE

The event will be held on Zoom and a joining link to the Summit room will be shared with all registered participants two days before the summit.

Using the link the children can join The Summit on 1st August. We will start at 10:00 a.m.

Children will be welcomed and oriented on how to use the Live Open Sacred Treasure (OST) feature. The Live OST board will help them navigate from one session to another.

The Summit Room will be open all day for the participants.

Each day will have various time slots during which workshops will take place in the Session Rooms.

Workshops will be facilitated by experts from different fields ranging from storytelling and animation to doodling and urban farming.

In each time slot, 4-5 workshops/sessions will run parallelly. Participants will be able to choose a session of interest and attend it.

In case none of the sessions in a particular time slot interests the participant, they may join the Summit Room for some fun games and surprises.

The Summit Room will also be the place for troubleshooting in case anyone faces any technical challenges.

In case of any challenges, participants can reach out to the Pitaara team members as well.

Additionally, our team will send broadcast messages of everything that is happening to all participants throughout the duration of the event.

At the end of Day 2, a reflection circle and closing ceremony will be held in the summit room.
