D for Dance

An introduction to dance, movement and the body (our best friend)

6 April - 4 May, 2021

8 x 90 min Sessions

For 7 - 11 yo

Why Dance and Movement ?

It's pretty simple, because we love Dancing :)

Dance helps kids develop physically, socially and emotionally, cognitively and psychologically, because dancing involves every part of them – inside and outside.

It helps build confidence and self-esteem, ability to develop meaningful and lasting relationships, empathy, management of emotions, sense of value to those around them, growing self-concept, improves gross motor skills, spatial awareness, creativity, imagination, concentration, attention and the list goes on and on and on.
